Refund policy

We want you to love your Bumkin pieces. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns on unworn items

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Hygiene stickers on shorts and bottoms must still be attached.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@bumkin.com.au with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will send you return instructions and an Australian return address.
3. Post the item back to us. You cover the return postage unless the item is faulty.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice. This is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned for store credit only, unless the item is faulty.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
