Shipping policy

Bumkin ships from Sydney to addresses across Australia. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Free standard shipping over $80

All orders over $80 AUD ship free with standard Australia Post tracked delivery.

Rates

• Standard tracked (3 to 7 business days): $9 AUD, free on orders over $80.
• Express tracked (1 to 3 business days): $15 AUD.

Processing time

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm AEST are processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or NSW public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email hello@bumkin.com.au with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
