High-waisted scrunch-bum shorts cut for lifting, Pilates, walking, and everything in between. The scrunch panel lifts and defines. The high waist stays put through every squat, hinge, and hip thrust. The fabric holds you without squashing you, so your shape shows up the way it should.
Buttery-soft 4-way stretch that hugs the right places. A no-roll waistband that does not fold over when you sit. Sculpting seams down the thigh that survive the tumble dryer. Squat-tested by real women in real change rooms.
Fabric: 78% recycled nylon, 22% elastane. Sweat-wicking, quick-dry, and opacity-tested in white so you can wear them in white without worrying.

Express is $15 AUD and gets to you in 1 to 3 business days, straight to your door. Every order gets a tracking link by email the second it leaves us, so you always know where it is.

The questions we get asked most
Will they show through in white?
Nope. The fabric is thick enough to stay fully opaque, even in the deepest squat. We tested white on white in a fluoro-lit changing room. You are covered.
What if I'm normally an XS size?
Same. Our sizing runs true to Australian standard, which lines up cleanly with most premium activewear brands. If you are between sizes, size down for a firmer sculpt or up for a softer feel.
Are they good for Pilates?
Yes. The scrunch stays scrunched through every roll-up and the waist doesn't budge. Half our team wears them to reformer at least twice a week.
Do they roll down when I sit?
No. The wide high-rise band and light tummy panel stay flat when you sit, drive, or bend. That was the whole reason we made them.
How do I wash them?
Cold machine wash with like colours. Skip the tumble dryer, skip the iron, line dry in the shade. Do that and they will still look new after 40 wears.
