We want you to love your Bumkyn pieces. If something is not right, our 30-day money-back guarantee takes the risk off the table.

30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund, no restocking fees. Try them on, squat in them, wash them — if they are not right, send them back and we refund every cent.

Hygiene
For your safety and ours, please keep the hygiene sticker on shorts and bottoms attached when returning.

How to return an item
Email support@bumkyn.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid Australia Post return label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email once the refund is processed.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We will cover the return postage and replace the item or refund you in full.
