Terms of Service
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made at distance through the Help the Paws website. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and availability
Product characteristics are described in their respective product pages on the site. Images are illustrative and may show slight differences in colour or detail compared to the actual product. Availability is updated periodically but we do not guarantee its instant correspondence with actual stock; in the event of subsequent unavailability we will inform you promptly.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when we send the order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the case of obvious errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated separately before order confirmation. The payment methods listed at checkout are accepted. Payment is processed through certified third-party providers; we do not store complete card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and shipping methods are indicated on the Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period and under the conditions described in the Refund Policy page. This right does not apply in the cases excluded by law.
7. Legal warranty of conformity
Products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by consumer law. In the event of a defect, contact us at info@help-thepaws.com providing your order details and a description of the issue.
8. Liability
Without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions, our liability is limited to direct damages actually suffered as a direct consequence of an established breach on our part. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable damages.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be reproduced or used without prior written authorisation.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Irish law. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland applies, without prejudice to any rights you have under the law of the country in which you reside. For non-consumer customers, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts is agreed.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Applicable to orders is the version in force at the time of order submission.
